International Educational Cluster as a Basis for the Implementation of Network Educational Programs and Research

Annotation

On the basis of analysis and generalization of innovative experiences in the imple­mentation of foreign and Russian practice of educational clusters, the theoretical basis and description of the developed model of international educational research cluster are given in the article. The cluster's model provides support for the design and implementation of network educational programs and research, including the functions of the main stake­holders, content blocks of activities which are implemented in the cluster, and the algorithm for its implementation, as well as the principles of effective cluster functioning.
