Annotation
The methodological basis of the research is the theory of contextual education developed. The article aims to describe the external contexts of the speech act of the person in the process of cognition. The object of the research is the speech act of the person in the process of cognition, and the subject is the external contexts of the speech act. The relevance of the study is due to the need to describe the totality of external factors of the personal speech act, which determine the internal conditions for the formation of professional speech culture and its core «linguistic identity of the personal». The authors concluded that the person in the process of cognition is immersed in the five external contexts which influence his internal context and determine his activity and behavior. These five external contexts are determined by the global educational environment, the educational environment of his country and family, the environment of communicative and information culture, as well as the educational environment itself. The external contexts are interconnected by the changes that take place in the socio-cultural space, being, in a way, shells that surround the person in the process of cognition and identify the development vectors of a speech act. By providing environment for the internal context, external contexts, thereby, determine the speech act which has moral and ethical significance. Thus, the materials presented in the article develop the theory of contextual learning, develop the theory of contextual education, develop ideas about the internal and external context, about the unity of anticipation and reflection as a mechanism of thinking for contextual learning, about the internal cross-cultural context and personal culture, lay the foundation for the development of the theory of professional speech culture in contextual education, approaches to determining the levels of speech the act of the person in the process of cognition in the context of personal culture at the second level of its manifestation, namely, socio-cultural competence.
