Annotation
The fundamental component of the national security of the Russian state is the design of state policy priorities in the field of preserving the health of the population in general, and the health of the younger generation. The modern development of society has put the population of the Earth before the fact of “self-isolation”, humanity
is forced to look for forms of preserving and strengthening health in limited conditions. The participants of the educational process took the path of developing the development of knowledge in many disciplines and “Physical Culture and Sports”, including in a new format for themselves — remotely. The organization and practical implementation of physical education classes in the format of distance learning declares itself as a modern content of the educational process of today’s university. In the format of distance learning, it is difficult to implement the development of practical knowledge in physical culture because programs for the on-line development of physical exercises in the university space have not been developed. Teachers, students, and parents need to quickly respond to changes in rapidly developing learning technologies, develop skills to operate knowledge in the information and communication space. Considering the research of leading scientists on the prospects for the development of online learning (and not only in a pandemic), but the authors of the article also developed a structural system for mastering the discipline “Physical Culture and Sports” in the distance learning mode.
