Current simulation technologies in education enable us to create and replicate controlled, safe situations. Simulators help raise motivation levels and lower stress levels
among students in pedagogical universities. This article aims to explore and analyze the experience of using foreign and domestic simulation programs in pedagogy. It also discusses examples of various simulators, identifies their applications, and showcases the effectiveness of simulation programs. Special attention goes to the use of simulators in training students at pedagogical universities. As an illustrative example, the article considers the simulator “Every Child’s Success: Managing Personal Educational Outcomes”, developed by the Simulation Center for Education at Moscow City University. This simulator helps diagnose and train teachers’ skills in educational activities. Analysis of existing data indicates that simulation simulators can contribute to lowering anxiety levels among students, preventing professional burnout, raising emotional intelligence among teachers, improving communication between teachers and students, boosting student motivation, and ultimately enhancing overall educational quality. The acquired data supports the case for continued development and creation of simulation programs in pedagogy.
