Annotation

The article analyzes the PRC's national programs of the transition to a new model of economic growth based on the wide application of innovations. The process of trans­formation of the Chinese economy is considered in close relationship with the scientific, educational and cultural prerequisites necessary for the implementation of the strategy of innovative development.
