Annotation
The article presents the approaches to the formation of the platform of innovative infrastructure of the educational organization that which will allow the commercialization of university innovations to restore the progressive demanded production in Russia. The construction of mechanisms for identifying and leveling the problems of methodology and tools for the formation of innovative infrastructure of educational organizations for the commercialization of university innovation involves the development of theoretical and methodological apparatus, analysis and synthesis procedures, mechanisms, tools, indicators and diagnostic parameters in the direction of new types of business from the perspective of market demand of consumers.
