Annotation
The article describes the differences between quality assessment and quality control of education. Expediency of the collective-distributed subject of an assessment is revealed. The connection of procedural and resultant characteristics of internal quality assessment systems is indicated. For theoretical and methodological substantiation the functional approach is used, in the logic of which the composition of the duties of the management team is justified. Commented on the legal framework of the evaluation activities of the school.
