Annotation

The article reveals the conditions for building and trends in development of an inclusive culture in educational organizations, which is necessary for the effective inclusion of the lat­ter in an inclusive educational environment. The authors show the characteristic features of the European model of organizational inclusive culture (based on foreign studies), and also lists the basic principles necessary for the formation of an organizational culture of an educational organization in Russian Federation included in the inclusive practice.
