Annotation
The article is devoted to the problems of developing readiness for professional mobility of high school students. The author stands that in the context of highly dynamic labor markets the professional mobility should be shaped from early adolescence. The article presents the results of the experimental work based on using complex management games that simulate job change and adaptation to a new place. The results are confirmed by a diagnostic set.
