Annotation

The article describes developed program (that is being tested and supported by the Rus­sian Scientific Foundation for Humanities (Project № 15-36-01031)) of psychological sup­port of teachers in conditions of secondary institution and the possibility of its application for prevention of «emotional burnout syndrome» The article presents: the methodological basis of the program and its speciicity, structure, short summary, initial results of the study of the psychoemotional state of teachers
