Annotation
В статье рассматриваются пути реализации задач повышения качества обучения на основе принятия управленческих решений. В основе решения задач
используется программное обеспечение в виде MS Excel. Авторами в статье проведен краткий анализ факторов, способствующих улучшению уровня подготовки выпускников образовательных организаций высшего образования. В процесс управления обучением необходимо вносить коррективы. Авторами статьи осуществлен подробный исторический анализ по проблеме управленческой деятельности и теории принятия решений. Результаты анализа показали, что развитие отрасли управленческих наук, основа которой состоит в процессе подготовки, разработки и принятия управленческого решения и является предметом изучения основ теории управления. Также авторами статьи проведен анализ понятия системы поддержки и принятия управленческих решений, приведен пример деления системы на классы. Рассмотрен порядок постановки задачи с целью совершенствования системы подготовленности обучающихся
с применением наиболее приемлемого варианта, такого как графическое представление анализа причинно-следственных связей. В статье определен порядок поиска проблем и причин снижения уровня образованности, проанализирован порядок принятия решения с целью повышения качества образования. В порядке обработки материалов исследования осуществлен анализ веса каждого фактора на основе условной экспертной оценки, определена доля каждого фактора с накопительным итогом. Авторами статьи на основании проведенного анализа и полученных результатов сделан вывод о путях повышения качества обучения в образовательных организациях МЧС России.
