Annotation
The article analyzes the PRC's national programs of the transition to a new model of economic growth based on the wide application of innovations. The process of transformation of the Chinese economy is considered in close relationship with the scientific, educational and cultural prerequisites necessary for the implementation of the strategy of innovative development.
