Annotation
Mentoring as an enterprise’s direction of the personnel policy is an unprofessional pedagogical activity carried out on a voluntary basis by employees of enterprises who
do not have special education in relation to novice employees for the purpose of their pedagogical accompany, adaptation at the enterprise, social and professional formation and career development. Mentoring is a two-way process that includes the activities of a mentor and an intern, whose relationship promotes mutual career growth and gives certain advantages to all entities of the corporate training process. The purpose of this article is to develop the theoretical foundations of modeling the process of training mentors to carry out nonprofessional pedagogical activities. The methodology of this study correlates the achievements of industrial pedagogy of the Soviet period and the theoretical provisions of modern mentoring as a non-professional pedagogical activity that takes into account the innovative peculiarities of the XXI century organizations; it is built taking into account the regulatory framework of this activity in this country and relies on organizational external and internal boundaries that ensure effective training of mentors for non-professional pedagogical activity in the workplace. The authors present approaches (environmental, andragogic,
activity-based, integrative), principles (consciousness and activity, integration of theory and practice, succession and continuity, targeting and corporatism, humanity and exactingness), tasks (interaction of educational and industrial organizations; interrelation of professional and non-professional pedagogical activity; integration of offline and online forms of education; corporate training and education), the content, technologies and components of the formed readiness of mentors to carry out non-professional pedagogical activities.
