Annotation
The article is dedicated to the issue of pre-professional psychological and pedagogical training of school students based on the step-by-step interaction of different
educational institutions. Today teachers’ training universities and colleges face a difficult task to train teachers who will meet the requirements of society and will be able to respond to all modern challenges of education. Educational institutions need applicants who will be able not only to successfully graduate from them, but also be willing to work at school and have an opportunity to fulfill themselves professionally there. Glazovsky Engineering Pedagogical University named after V. G. Korolenko curates an experimental project on the organization of such training. The project involves several schools and the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity in Izhevsk. The purpose of the project is to create organizational and psychological-pedagogical conditions that will help school students choose their future profession in the field of education, develop professionally important qualities, skills and competencies of teaching and organizational activity. The article suggests 8 postulates that substantiate the content-based component of the project, defines the outcomes of its implementation in the Udmurt Republic, as well as outlines the development prospects in the scientific and practical aspect.
