Annotation

This article is part of a dissertation study focused on the necessity of a personified approach in tourism. The current tourism education system does not adequately prepare graduates for this approach in their professional activities, which is essential in the BANI world, where tourists seek not only cultural but also therapeutic benefits. The goal is to explore pedagogical aspects of developing tourism students’ readiness to apply personified approaches and identify key components of this preparation. Research methods included expert interviews, theoretical analysis, literature review, and curriculum evaluation. Key findings include characteristics of personification, the definition of the personalized approach in tourism, and the structure and indicators for student readiness. Based on the study, the features of personification were identified, a definition of a personalized approach in tourism was given, the activities of a travel company manager were analyzed, the readiness of a bachelor of tourism profile for a personalized approach is substantiated, the structure of readiness and its indicators are presented.
