Annotation

The relevance of the problem research is determined by the search for effective ways to include people with disabilities in the process of life support, socialization and social adaptation. Employment and employment in this aspect act as key factors for achieving the set goals. Researchers and practitioners propose the development of such forms of employment assistance as assisted employment and entrepreneurship development. The article presents the results of studying the needs of people with health limitations and disabilities in support of employment and entrepreneurial activity. The leading method in the study was a questionnaire, which revealed the high demand for assistance in solving problems related to employment and starting their own business from all participants in educational and labor relations. The study sample included 129 people with disabilities of different nosological groups aged from 17 to 26 years, who studied in the specialties of vocational education and training. The article presents the results of the study, proposes a program to support the employment and entrepreneurial activities of persons with health limitations and/or disabilities, focused on educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The program includes the development of motivation, effectiveness and success in the professional realization of persons with health limitations and/or disabilities; the formation of an inclusive culture of society, including social partners of educational institutions organizations involved in the implementation of (adapted) educational programs; broadcasting the successful experience of accompanying students with health limitations and/or disabilities in a broad social context; involving native speakers, people with health limitations and/or disabilities as motivational leaders in the program implementation process. The materials presented in the article allow participants in educational and labor relations to change the possibilities of the labor market and prepare people with health limitations and disabilities for participation in it.
