Annotation

The article deals with the organizational and legal models of the organization of inclu­sive secondary vocational education; reveals the typical difficulties that arise in the practice of organization of inclusive education. The common problems and difficulties characteristic of the activities of all basic professional educational organizations and ways to address them are described.
