Features of Emotional Burnout of Teachers with Different Types of Coping Strategies

Annotation

The article presents the results of the study, which was attended by 40 subject teach­ers aged 25 to 45 years. The purpose of the study was to determine the characteristics of the emotional burnout of teachers with different types of coping strategies. It has been found that among teachers with prevailing constructive cognitive, emotional, and behavioral coping strategies, the symptoms of burnout are less pronounced.
