Annotation

The article discusses one of the ways for express measuring of quality of preschool education with the help of ECERS-R (Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale) in the conditions of optimization the organizational and economic conditions for carrying out the examination. It is proved that the proposed method gives an acceptable or even high accuracy of the prediction of the quality of preschool education whether it is at the level of one organization or at the level of the totality of organizations in the region, the district. Stable correlation relationships between individual indicators and a general quality index are revealed.
