Cognitive Social Capital of Personality: a Paradigm Approach

Annotation

The article uses a retrospective analysis of the definition of “social capital” from the point of view of the paradigm approach, describes the levels and functions of social capital. The basic knowledge of understanding the concept of “cognitive social capital” of the personality is determined, the analysis of the content of the term and its components is given. It is proved that cognitive social capital is a set of group norms, values, communicative competence of each participant and the group as a whole, which contributes to the achievement of general group goals.
