Annotation

The article discusses a model for the implementation of an integrative-modular approach to teaching discrete mathematics to future mathematics teachers in the context of lifelong education. The theoretical foundations of the integrative-modular approach. The place of discrete mathematics in the school curriculum and professional training of the future mathematics teacher is analyzed. A multilevel system of goals for the implementation of the proposed model. The concepts of system, structural and thematic modules are defined. The modular content of the discrete mathematics course has been developed. The basic modules of the course are highlighted.
