Competitiveness of educational organizations in the social network «Instagram» as a factor of providing information availability in additional education of children

Annotation

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of information accessibility of additional education for children. Today, it is possible to record a low level of awareness among bene­ficiaries about supplementary education programs, which actualizes the study of means and tools to solve this problem. In turn, information accessibility is associated with market­ing and positioning of educational services as those types of activities of educational organi­zations in which the problem of increasing information accessibility is rooted. The authors of the article consider social networks as those information and telecommunication chan­nels that, in the long term, make it possible to increase the efficiency of information work of educational organizations, which can lead to an increase in the coverage of the target audience. This study is devoted to a comparative and comparative analysis of the accounts of state and non-governmental organizations of additional education in Moscow based on the material of their informational work on the social network «Instagram». Based on the results of the analysis, the competitive positions of the accounts of state and non-state organizations of additional education are demonstrated, which partially allows one to judge the effectiveness of their information work with the target audience. Highlighted the competitive areas that should be considered by educational organizations when building a positioning strategy in the social network «Instagram». For each competitive zone, there are thresholds for subscribers to the educational organization's account. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of information work in the social network «Instagram», which can help to increase the information accessibility of additional education for children, provided that they are observed.
