Annotation
The article provides a comparative analysis of education systems in three countries of the Asia-Pacific region: Australia, Singapore, and Thailand. The study explores state policies, regulations, funding mechanisms, and main directions of educational efforts. Special attention is given to the unique features of each system, such as inclusiveness in Australia, individualized and integrative approaches in Singapore, and traditional values along with play-based methods in Thailand. Through comparison, common trends and distinctions are identified, revealing possibilities for adopting best practices. The study employed methods of comparative analysis, data systematization, and practice generalization. Sources included legislative acts, government programs, and scholarly publications related to the subject matter. Key trends emerged, such as focus on comprehensive student development, social-emotional learning, and active state involvement. Distinctive traits of each system mirroring cultural and historical factors were highlighted. The analysis pinpoints effective practices suitable for adaptation in different educational contexts, including Russia’s. The article is intended for educators, researchers, and professionals interested in education and upbringing.
