The article describes the Festival mathematics for elementary school students. The analysis of the performance of primary school pupils assignments festival, the ability to work individually and in small groups. Examples of logical and non-standard tasks, tasks that require mental calculations, knowledge of geometry.

In the article the concepts “joint creative activity”, “abilities of joint creative activ­ity” are highlighted. The author presents the system of abilities of joint creative activity at younger school students on macro- and microlevels on the basis of three types of interac­tion: object-directed, subject-directed and organizationally directed.
