This article is devoted to analysis of the experience and prospects of the organization of a summer teaching practice in the conditions of modern teachers’ training University.

The article reveals the main conditions of organization of effective summer tea­ching practice of students of a teachers’ training university, its goals, objectives, content. The authors consider the concept of temporary children’s collective and present a descrip­tion of the programme of preparation of students for passing a summer teaching practice.
