The article considers the key aspects of the organization of career guidance with per­sons with disabilities and the limited health opportunities in the system of inclusive educa­tion. The principles, objectives, results and possible risks of vocational guidance mecha­nisms for the implementation of career guidance of professional educational organizations are revealed.

The article presents the results of approbation of system of evaluation of conditions of implementation of the basic educational programme of primary and basic general education based on the international scale SACERS (School-Age Care Environment Rating Scale). This evaluation system can be attributed to the tools of estimation of quality of education.
