The article analyzes the PRC's national programs of the transition to a new model of economic growth based on the wide application of innovations. The article describes the possibilities of using electronic educational resources (EER) in teaching mathematics to younger students. The tasks of training future primary school teachers to use the resources of the Moscow electronic school (MES) in math lessons are revealed.
